2. Fulmart's Role as a Connection Platform

Fulmart is solely a connection platform—a virtual marketplace designed to facilitate communication between independent buyers and sellers. Fulmart is NOT a party to any transactions between users.

• Payments, delivery, refunds, returns, and warranties are arranged directly and entirely between users.
• Fulmart does not process, hold, or guarantee payments.
• Fulmart does not provide, facilitate, or guarantee delivery of goods.

3. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller on Fulmart, you agree that you are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy, legality, and truthfulness of your listings.
• Having the right to sell the items you list.
• Fulfilling the agreed-upon terms with the buyer.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of your items.

4. Buyer Due Diligence

As a buyer on Fulmart, you agree that you are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before completing any transaction. You should:

• Verify the condition, authenticity, and legality of items before purchasing.
• Exercise caution when sharing personal information or arranging to meet other users.
• Understand that you assume all risks associated with dealing with other users.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content.
• List illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or highly regulated goods.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to bypass the platform's security measures or interfere with its operation.

6. Moderation and Account Suspension

Fulmart reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor user content. We may, at our sole discretion, remove any listing, warn users, or suspend/terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the platform and its users.

7. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available".

Fulmart expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Fulmart does not guarantee product quality, authenticity, availability, pricing, seller conduct, or the outcome of any transaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fulmart, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform, or from any conduct or content of any third party (including other users) on the platform.
